Love
 
Herein we see the war of love raging. The essence of love is to feel belonging - part of something infinity, the source of all good. However, when that does not occur and the individual feels a lack of belonging, they declare silent war on society. There they find meaning and connection when the world pays them attention.
 
In love there are conflicting forces, always present, in good and bad. The transcendental nature of love provides the power to change the very nature of the natural world. The war on love however, is both global and individual and in this piece it is illustrated in the contrast of light colors in the dark.
 
The "War of Love" is caught between light and dark, joy and sorrow, life and death, between love and love!
